Jogi Daita

Partner

Jogi’s responsibilities include driving vision, corporate business development and developing key partnerships and value creation.

Earlier, he served as CEO at Credo Technology Solutions and other technology firms. Prior to relocating to the US in 1999, he was based in Mumbai and gained valuable experience in technology startups, private equity, and M&A.

Jogi has a strong passion and understanding of global technology markets, STEM education, and entrepreneurship. He serves as an advisor and board member to partner firms. He holds both a BA in Economics and an MBA, and is a BITS, Pilani alumni.

Michael Marsowicz

Michael is a digital, technology and marketing consultant who guides brands through transformative digital experiences, optimizing interactions across channels, innovative technologies and the overarching impact on their prospects, customers and employees.

Michael has been in digital consulting and professional services for 20+ years and excels at bridging the gap between marketing, technology and business – translating a better customer experience into demonstrable financial returns.

Working with CMO’s, CIO’s, CxO’ creative directors, business analysts and technology and marketing teams he looks to educate and further drive forward-thinking initiatives that generate longer-lasting results, push boundaries, and provide deeper engagement. Michael continuously inspires, motivates, and engages the teams he works with.

Dinesh Juneja

Partner & CDO

Dinesh is a strategic thinker, digital marketer and brand architect by profession. Starting his career at a very early age, Dinesh has established two boutique digital agencies in the past 10 years and has serviced over 150 brands across various industry segments.

Dinesh has been a part of creative, digital and technology pursuits for global firms, international brands and newly funded startups. The diverse set of experiences and knowledge pool has shaped his deep understanding of the digital spectrum and propels his passion within this space.

Right from building digital marketing strategies to creating execution plans, defining channels and strategies to leverage the mediums effectively, he is involved in using data and insights to make brands win customers. During his leisure time, Dinesh is usually found engaging with students at various colleges around topics pertaining to startups, product-market fit, go-to-market strategies and bootstrapping.

Geoffrey M.Roche

Geoffrey currently serves on the President’s Cabinet at Harrisburg University where he manages and executes strategic initiatives in support of all the health science academic programs. He previously served as a strategic advisor to the President and CEO and department director of various departments including Business Development and Planning, Government Affairs, and Public Relations for a regional healthcare system in Northeast Pennsylvania. Geoffrey is also an Adjunct Instructor of Health Administration in the MBA Program at Lebanon Valley College, serves on the United Way of Lebanon County Board of Directors, is an elected School Board Director on the Annville-Cleona School Board, and serves on the Leadership Council for Moravian College.

Keith Coe

Keith Coe is an accomplished senior executive with interests in STEM education, real estate and hospitality. Keith currently heads Allegro Learning Solutions, an OV Initiative as President & CEO. Prior to Oxygen Ventures, he worked with a few reputed firms and led large, national projects nationwide. He comes with experience in troubleshooting assets and creating strategies for improving performance and enhancing asset value. He’s involved with all phases of real estate development, management, ownership and asset management. He holds a JD from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College and a BA from University of Utah.

Craig Hocker

Strategic senior client partner and business development professional with over 25 years of expertise in delivering integrated technology and staffing solutions to diverse industries while driving multi-million-dollar growth. Experienced owner and manager of key client relationships in the information technology, utilities and government markets. Perform end-to-end account management activities and advise organizations on how to best leverage technology innovations to drive revenue growth for desired business outcomes. A seasoned professional with core strengths in solution development, growth strategy, cultivating partnerships, developing market penetration strategies and client relationship management.

Jim Hunter

With over 20 years of business experience, Jim has worked with educational institutions to identify and implement practices and principles that help them thrive in the traditional and online education markets. Currently, as Executive Vice President for Business Development and Chief Academic Officer for Emerge Education, he oversees all activities related to growing Emerge’s services and solutions. He also provides higher education institutions with personal consulting services that help them develop plans and programs to increase market share, enrollment, and revenue while helping them implement new education technologies that keep the institution on the forefront of education.

Suresh Madhuvarsu

Suresh Madhuvarsu is a passionate product leader who enjoys everything about technology and software. He brings over 17 years of product management, design and development experience in Automotive, Utilities, Construction and Internet industries. Suresh totally believes in the mobile and digital led transformations and helps enterprises to increase their productivity with the help of his tech and product expertise. He spent a decade in building cloud platforms, mobile apps and brought scalability to several industries. He was part of three technology acquisitions and understands the M&A and integration process. He has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Cochin University, India and MBA in entrepreneurship and marketing from University of California, Davis. He is an author, blogs and tutorials on technology and products.

Byron Hutchinson

Byron began his career in IT in 1996 as an Account Executive with Soft-Switch Inc. As a pioneer in the IT arena, Soft-Switch provided a technology platform that enabled the connection of disparate email systems and directories. Following the acquisition of Soft-Switch by Lotus, and ultimately IBM, Byron continued with IBM to evangelize the Lotus Notes and WebSphere platforms. As a member of the IBM team, Byron spearheaded the effort to implement Lotus Notes as the premier collaboration platform. After leaving IBM in 2004, Byron continued his career at SunGard Higher Education, managing the various software, hardware, and consulting partners. In 2005, Byron founded BT Consulting and established the company as a premier minority-owned Information Technology Consulting and Staffing organization that partners with other leading Technology firms to consult and deliver enterprise solutions around Cloud, IoT, AI, ML, and Digital.

Sushant Pednekar

Sushant is an attorney by trade, providing counsel to growth companies in traditional and emerging industries. He works with the executive leadership at Oxygen Ventures to integrate legal functions across our diverse portfolio. In his advisory role, Sushant supports OV's existing operations and plans for future growth, while managing risk and corporate compliance. He holds a J.D. from Symbiosis Law School, India, and has completed his Master's in Law from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.

Andrew Flinchbaugh

Andrew brings his passion, vision and experience to drive new partnerships within the healthcare and technology marketplace. Working in a small medical practice for seven years, while in college and graduate school, has provided Andrew with both direct patient care and business knowledge. He values the power of disruptive technologies to enact change and create quality healthcare solutions for patients, providers and payers. He holds a BS in Biology and an MBA from Lebanon Valley College.
